When you subscribe to service, RS Fiber will rent to you the equipment necessary to receive services at the current market rate. Using RS Fiber’s equipment will guarantee the best user experience for your subscribed service, prevent unnecessary equipment upgrade costs to you, and allow RS Fiber to more easily troubleshoot if there are any service-related issues.
Upon installation of your RS Fiber service, your installation technician will review all equipment that will be used to provide service to you. This equipment is owned by RS Fiber, and is furnished by RS Fiber for use in connection with the RS Fiber services for which you have subscribed, and for no other purpose.
You will be asked to acknowledge that you have received from RS Fiber, the equipment as discussed. You agree to make no improper use of the equipment and to keep it in good condition, and to return it to RS Fiber promptly upon termination of the service(s) to which you have subscribed. If you fail to return the equipment or return the equipment in damaged condition, you authorize RS Fiber to charge the replacement amount for the equipment to your services account.
