RS Fiber is dedicated to making sure everyone in our communities has access to the resources they need to succeed. In light of the school and work closures due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), RS Fiber will provide 60-days of free broadband Internet service and router rental to eligible low-income households.
- Receive Free or Reduced lunch for at least one child in the Universal Services National School Lunch program
- Enrolled in Telephone Assistance Program (TAP)
Existing Internet Assistance Program Subscribers:
You do not need to complete the below enrollment form. Your April 2nd and May 2nd billing cycles will reflect a zero charge on qualifying Internet service and equipment.

-RS Fiber’s Temporary Free Internet Assistance Program (COVID-19) is available to new and existing residential customers in the RS Fiber service areas. Internet service and Internet equipment (GigaHome Gateway) fees will be waived during the 60-day program period; taxes, fees, or surcharges will not be waived. New subscribers must provide eligibility paperwork at the time of subscription. Additional equipment is required for RS Air service. RS Air service availability to your location is not guaranteed. A technician will be scheduled to review your site for RS Air service eligibility. Other conditions may apply. Call office for details.
