HBC GigaHome App Installation

The HBC GigaHome app makes managing your home WiFi simple and convenient—download to get started.

Installing the App

  1. Search either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for HBC GigaHome, then install it on your mobile device.

Creating Your Account

  1. Once the app has been installed, launch the app and select Let’s Get Started.
  2. Select Sign Up towards the bottom of the screen.
  3. Enter your basic personal details and create a password for logging in.
  4. Select the checkbox to remember your login details (optional).
  5. Select the checkbox to agree to the Terms of Services (required).

Setting up Your WiFi

  1. Select “Set Up a New System“.Hbc Gigahome App (Ciq3 Set Up New System)
  2. Find the sticker on the bottom or side of your GigaHome Router.
  3. Tap the Scan icon and point your camera at the QR code or select Manually Enter System Details.Hbc Gigahome App (Ciq3 Qr Scan)
  4. Select your router Model and enter the MAC Address and serial number from the sticker. You may also need your account number, too.
  5. Select Start Setup and follow any on-screen prompts (if applicable).Hbc Gigahome App (Ciq3 Enter Mac &Amp; )
  6. Now that your system is set up, you can setup and personalize your WiFi network. Set a WiFi name (SSID) and password that’s all yours. Make it fun and make it funny!

Choose “Gaming Mode” for smooth play, “Work Mode” for reliable video calls, or “Entertainment Mode” for uninterrupted streaming.
